Robert Woodhead Welcomes two new Directors

Robert Woodhead Ltd has appointed two new directors. The appointments, both internal promotions, are aimed at steering the company’s growth plans and creating new opportunities for young managers at the family owned construction firm. Craig Pygall has been appointed Construction Director whilst Steve Gribby is the Repairs and Maintenance Director.

David Woodhead, Managing Director of Robert Woodhead Ltd confirmed, “I would like to extend my congratulations to Craig and Steve. Both have been key leaders of our growth in recent years and they will be instrumental in spearheading our on-going ambitions for growth. Our three year business plan focuses on 20% year on year growth and to do this we know we need the right people in the right roles.”

Craig Pygall, who has been with the company since December 2007, has been promoted from Contracts Manager & Team Leader of Woodhead Living (Robert Woodhead Ltd’s specialist residential and sustainable projects team) to Construction Director. Steve Gribby, who joined Robert Woodhead eight years ago as a Site Manager before being promoted to lead their Public Sector Minor Works & Maintenance team, has been promoted to Repairs and Maintenance Director, with strategic responsibility for Woodhead One, the company’s building repairs and maintenance service provider, which has seen turnover double in the last 12 months.

Craig Pygall said, “My focus over the next 12 months is to continue growing Woodhead’s ability and making building a better experience for all.”

Repairs and Maintenance Director Steve Gribby said, “I’m delighted to have been given this promotion to Director and will be making sure that Woodhead One continues growing and developing its services. I’m looking forward to the challenge.”

With 73 employees including six Directors based at their Bilsthorpe, Nottinghamshire offices, Robert Woodhead Ltd is a regional construction firm with major ambitions.
