Robert Woodhead officially launches one stop property solution

Robert Woodhead Ltd is delighted to announce the official launch of their repairs and maintenance brand.

Robert Woodhead Ltd is delighted to announce the official launch of their repairs and maintenance (R&M) brand together with two of Nottinghamshire’s most trusted and reliable tradesmen – Lukes and Godwin and Miller Freeman & Sons.

Woodhead One is a one stop property solution for public and commercial buildings’ repairs and maintenance needs across the East Midlands and South Yorkshire, providing a complete property care solution covering Asset Management Plans, environmental building services, planned maintenance, responsive repairs, emergency repairs and building compliance.

The R&M team provides an advisory service to help customers manage their buildings safely, legally and affordably. They also have a team of dedicated conservation specialists, offering advice on the repairs and maintenance of listed and historic buildings.

Woodhead One’s team has over 50 years experience in delivering repairs and maintenance works to a range of public and private sector clients across the East Midlands, and has enjoyed a seven year partnership with Nottinghamshire County Council.

Woodhead One uses local qualified tradesmen so customers can be assured that when they choose the service their money is spent locally, in their area.

Glenn Slater, Robert Woodhead Ltd Business Development Director, said: “Many of our customers know us for our new builds, refurbishments and extensions and our restoration of local historic buildings but we’ve actually been providing repairs and maintenance for much longer.  So, we’re formally launching this new brand and website today to raise awareness of the depth of repairs and maintenance and property management expertise we can provide, to help our customers keep their buildings safe, legal and in a good state of repair.   We see this as a major opportunity for our business to grow and are very hopeful that it will help us to invest in local apprenticeships which are vital for the future of the construction industry.”

Woodhead One’s team is accredited by the Contractors Health and Safety Assessment Scheme (CHAS), NIC EIC, EQA and the Gas Safe Register.
