Skills and Employment

Inspiring, engaging and educating to transform communities

We have formed a strategy to develop skills and provide valuable opportunities for people to enhance their employability in the sectors we operate in.

A key driver of the Government’s economic and social value policies is to maximise employment and skills opportunities through public sector investments.  It is our responsibility to support our public sector clients in delivering best value. To achieve this, we offer a dedicated Skills and Engagement Co-ordinator, Matt Bust to manage our employment and training commitments on our projects.

Our skills and employment commitments are delivered through the B.I.G. Initiative
