Our Policy Statements

Quality Policy:

Our Quality Policy is defined and strongly driven by the management principles of EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System), our Vision Traction Organiser (V/TO) and our core values of Respect, Collaboration, Integrity and Courage.

Robert Woodhead is committed to:

  • Working to the Standards set by ISO 9001:2015 and the management principals of EOS
  • Developing, Building, Managing and Maintaining Strategic Partnerships in both the Private and Public Sector
  • Having documented core processes that are understood and followed by all
  • Having visible and accurate reporting which is driven from our people having the courage to raise red flags which in turns assists in the setting of our quality objectives
  • Carrying out Stage Quality Inspections on Projects in line with Commercial Operations
  • Satisfying all applicable requirements
  • Continually improving the quality management system

    Environment Policy:

    Our Environment Policy is driven by the management principles of EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System), our Vision Traction Organiser (V/TO) and by our desire to reduce our impact on the environment whilst improving our practices and activities.

  • Working to the Standards set by ISO 14001:2015
  • Implmenting our Climate Action Framework working towards the 10 year target of being a Climate Positive Contractor
  • Visibly demonstrate our Social & Environmental Value impact
  • Protecting the environment by preventing pollution and reducing waste we and our contractors generate
  • Embrace green technologies to deliver buildings to our customers that are smart, sustainable and simple to use

    Health & Safety Policy:

    Our Health & Safety Policy, in accordance with the Health and Safety At Work etc Act 1974, the management principles of EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System), and our Vision Traction Organiser (V/TO) is to ensure the health and safety of our employees and others who may be affected by our activities.

    Robert Woodhead is committed to:

  • Working to the standards set by ISO 45001
  • Providing a safe and healthy place of work with adequate welfare facilities (including access and egress)
  • Supplying safe plant and equipment
  • Providing safe handling, storage, transport and maintenance of articles and substances
  • Sharing necessary information, instruction, training and supervision
  • Promoting the health and wellbeing of staff and to prevent work related injuries and illnesses
  • Having visible and accurate reporting of accidents including those that are reportable (RIDDOR) to the HSE which in turn provides the framework to set objectives
  • Reducing the number of accidents
  • Encouraging the involvement and support of our employees
  • Fulfilling all legal and other requirements
  • Continually improve our Health & Safety management systems and practices
  • Ensuring EVERY ONE, EVERY DAY, HOME SAFE.
